When collecting data with the Vibra-Check vibration meter, you may use the optional headphone to listen to the mechanical noise sensed by the accelerometer. For an experienced operator, this is a good way to find out the problems of a machine. For example, when a rolling bearing is damaged, it will generate certain pattern of noise that can be heard clearly with the headphones.
